A 40 day stay sits between two terms
It is not a month plus 10 spare days at the daily rate. The monthly rate spreads across all 40.
Longer stays receive a lower daily rate.
What the price buys
Bags up to 23 kg
Every physical bag must weigh 23 kg or less. Repack or split heavier contents before handover; each extra bag is priced separately.
Indoors, restricted access
A locked room, not a yard. Only our staff go in.
Recorded at check-in
The bag’s weight, assigned storage space, and check-in event are recorded against your booking.
Maximum liability: RWF 5,000,000
Per accepted bag, subject to the Customer Terms in force when you book.

The full price is on screen before you pay, and a quote holds for 48 hours.
Pay with Mobile Money
Before drop-off, through MoMo checkout. We take no cash at the counter.
Keep the payment receipt
Your digital receipt is proof of payment, and the rate you paid is locked to that booking.

Contact us before your planned drop-off. We confirm what is possible before any refund starts.

Approved refunds stay automated
An approved refund is initiated through the payment provider to the Mobile Money number that paid. StoragePermit does not issue manual cash refunds. Provider processing times may vary.
