Frequently asked questions
What can I store?
We accept dry everyday belongings such as clothes, sports gear, books, gifts, bedding, electronics, and ordinary documents. Every physical bag must weigh 23 kg or less. Repack heavier contents into separate bags. We cannot accept cash, jewellery, passports or IDs, title documents, food, chemicals, fuel, weapons, illegal items, or undeclared contents.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per bag for the dates you book. Longer stays receive a lower daily rate. You see your quote before payment. If your dates change, contact the Help Center for the available options.
How do I pay?
No cash. You pay before drop-off, with Mobile Money (MoMo) for now and more ways to pay as we grow.
How long can I keep my things here?
Online bookings currently support stays of up to one year (365 days).
How do I get my things back?
Your booking has a reference (like SP-XXXXX) on your confirmation email and tracking page. It’s how you and we find your booking. To collect, you log in and prepare a one-time pickup pass, and you show your government ID at our counter. The reference alone never releases a bag. Lost track? Log in, or message us with your name or phone and we’ll find your booking.
